This Privacy Policy explains how the Battery Master app ("the app"), developed by Mr SS Applications, handles your information. By using the app you agree to this policy.

📵 No personal data collected

Battery Master does not require an account or sign-in and does not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or files.

📱 All data stays on your device

Battery readings (level, temperature, voltage, current, capacity, health) and the battery history graph are stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and there is no cloud sync or backup server.

🚫 No ads, no tracking, no analytics

The app contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party trackers.

🔐 Permissions we use

• Notifications — to show battery alarms and alerts.
• Foreground service — to keep monitoring the battery in the background so alarms still work when the screen is off.
• Vibrate / Wake lock / Full-screen intent — so alarms can vibrate and appear over the lock screen.
• Run at startup — to resume monitoring after a reboot.
• Battery optimization exemption (optional) — so the app is not stopped by aggressive power management.
• Usage access (optional) — if you grant it, the History screen can show which of your apps used the most screen time.

Each permission is used solely to provide the app's features. None are used to collect or share personal information.

📊 Usage access (optional)

The History screen can show a breakdown of which apps used the most screen time. This feature is off by default and only works after you explicitly grant "Usage access" to Battery Master in your device settings.

When enabled, the app reads your app-usage statistics on your device only to draw the on-screen usage chart. This information is never uploaded, stored long-term, or shared with us or any third party, and is not used for advertising or tracking. You can revoke Usage access at any time from Android Settings → Apps → Special app access → Usage access, and the feature simply turns off.

🎵 Alert sounds

When you choose a custom alert tone, the app stores only a reference to the ringtone you selected from your device's system picker. No audio files are uploaded or shared.

🧹 Deleting your data

You can remove all locally-stored data at any time from Android Settings → Apps → Battery Master → Storage → Clear data, or by uninstalling the app.

👶 Children

The app is safe for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.

📝 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Significant changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
